Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and protective liners remain intact and attached.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
